General Terms & Conditions of Business
Hotel Prices, Rooms
If a double room is used for a single occupancy, we charge 86 % of double occupancy.
All the rooms are equipped with shower, WC, hairdryer, TV and telephone. The hotel prices are per person and per day. The prices contain VAT, the breakfast buffet and Wi-Fi access.
Additional bed/Bed & breakfast/1 person
Per person per day: € 49,00 for the bed and € 12,00 for the breakfast buffet
Bookings
It is possible to book specific room categories. We reserve the right to specify specific rooms, numbers and floors.
Your reservation
We will guarantee your reservation until 6.00 p.m. Sending us your credit card data guarantees late arrivals as well. Please note the reception times. If necessary, please contact us for late arrival.
Vouchers
Only fully-paid vouchers will be accepted. Payout of the value of the voucher is not possible.
Arrival and departure
Please note that on your arrival day the room will be ready for you from 2.00 p.m. onwards. On departure day, you should vacate your room at noon. Later departures (until 18.00) will be invoiced at 50% of the room price. Bookings subject to availability.
Payment
We accept cash, EC card, Maestro, VISA, MasterCard and American Express.
Pets
Pets are not allowed.
Car parking
The spaces in our underground car park are limited. We have some free parking, which cannot be reserved. In a secured by a rolling gate area, you can reserve a parking for € 8 per night. In both areas, the vehicle is set at its own risk and liability.
Price list
A new price list published means the other one is expired. The statutory rate of VAT applies. Price differences within the individual price categories only occur due to the size, fittings and position of the rooms.
Cancellation
You can cancel your room reservation at no charge up to 8 days before the arrival date. Unfortunately, if cancellations occur after this time, we can only waive payment of a cancellation charge of 80% of the room price if we are able to let your room to someone else. The same applies if you leave early.
Guest Accommodation Agreement
1. The guest accommodation agreement is completed as soon as the room is ordered and confirmed. It is irrelevant whether this completion is verbal or in writing or if a confirmation was no longer possible for reasons of time.
2. The completion of a guest accommodation agreement obliges the contractual partners to fulfil the agreement, no matter for how long the agreement was completed.
3. Should it not be possible to make a room available, the host shall be obliged to compensate the guest.
4. Should they not take advantage of the contractual services, the guest shall be obliged to pay the agreed price, minus the costs saved by the host. In the case of cancellations, no-show or early departure, the costs for the guest shall be: overnight stay with breakfast at 80% of the agreed room rate.
5. The host shall have the right to claim for payment of all services before departure and thus has a statutory right of lien on the property of the guests in the hotel.
6. The host shall make every attempt to let unclaimed rooms as far as possible, in order to avoid losses.
Until the room can be let to another person, the guest shall be obliged to pay the sum calculated according to Point 4 for the length of the agreement.
